It is no doubt that Bing has gained some popularity since the introduction of the Bing Chat AI. It is also no doubt that the AI may change how the search engine is used entirely. However, different people may have different reasons as to why they would disable the Bing Chat AI responses. Including privacy concerns, preference, and unhelpful responses from the AI. Although the responses would be helpful at times, the Bing chat AI is in its early stages and it will mostly suggest what is already on the search results page making it redundant.
Fortunately Microsoft is smart enough that they have the option to turn off the Bing Chat AI responses. Let's see how you can turn off the Bing Chat AI responses.
Turning off the Bing Chat AI Responses
- The first step is to head over to Bing.
- Click on the hamburger menu on the far right of the screen to display additional settings.
