Enabling Split Screen Tabs on Edge Browser
This feature is still not available for the masses by default. Until it is rolled out to the mainstream and out of the experimental stage, follow the steps below to enable the split Screen tabs on Edge.

Make sure you are on the latest version of Microsoft edge. You can check this by clicking on the three dots at the top right corner of the browser an choose
settings
from the drop down.Under settings, Go to about Microsoft Edge and confirm that the browser is up to date.

Once your browser is up to date, the next step is to head to the search bar and type in the following url.

Press
Enter
to head to the experimental flags page. On this page, search forsplit
as shown below.You should see the

feature. -
Notice the dropdown has the feature set to default. We have to set it to enabled for the split screen feature to work.
To do this, Click on the dropdown to display more options and select
Enable

Restart the Edge Browser for the changes to take effect.
Using the Split Screen tabs on Edge.
Once the feature is enabled, you should see the Split screen icon besides the search bar.
Open two sites that you need then click on the split screen icon.
Notice that the split screens are now open, one is on emails tab and the other tab has the other sites that are open. if you have 5 sites open, they will show up here. Click on the site you need open on that tab and that is it. Here is an example of the whole thing in action.
