SVG format Not Showing on Photoshop
Missing SVG export Option is more apparent on newer versions of Photoshop where the feature has been disabled by default. On these newer versions, the SVG export is not on the format dropdown options as show below.
To add the SVG option to this list, follow the steps below.

Click on the Edit button at the top left of the photoshop window display more options.

Under these options, hover over
Preferences
and ChooseExport
as shown in the image below.This will open the Export settings under the Preferences window.

Make sure you are under the
Export
settings as shown below -
Check the
Use Legacy "Export AS"
box and Click onOK
at the top right of the window.With the box checked, SVG files will now be an option among the exports. You can confirm this by trying to export your file again.
Notice that now, there four options PNG, JPG, GIF and SVG as opposed to the three options with the
Legacy "Export As"
box unchecked.
